Strictly families, couples and solo guests only . NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES .

We are open from the week before Easter to the end of October half term.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but they must be kept on a lead at all times, never left unattended and cleaned up after.

All our static caravans, facilities block, reception and laundrette are no smoking areas.

Maximum stay is 21 nights.

STATIC CARAVANS

A deposit of 25% of the final holiday amount is required to make a booking, the balance is due at least three weeks before the date of arrival. In the event of your notifying a cancellation; the deposit will be refunded if the the caravan is re-let, if the balance is not paid three weeks prior to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited and the booking is nul and void. If it is stated ‘balance payable on arrival’ and the caravan is not occupied by 12pm the following day, the caravan will be re-let and the deposit will be forfeited unless we are notified of a late arrival.

The caravan will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Arrivals after 5:30pm must phone in advance.

All accommodation complete with: cutlery, crockery, duvets, pillows and kitchen utensils. You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea-towels.

The owner or his agent has access to the caravan to check all equipment before it is vacated.

Dogs must be kept on a lead around site and never left unattended in the caravan. No cats.

TOURING CARAVANS, TENTS AND MOTOR CARAVANS

A £25 per week non- refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Remaining balance must be paid by arrival date.

Electric hook-up sites are available from 12pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If an electric pitch is not occupied by 10am on the following day, it may be re-let unless we are notified of a late arrival.

Charging electric cars from the hook-up boxes is not permitted. Car charging points are available on site, please ask at reception for further details.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all time, never left unattended and cleaned up after.

Pedal bikes are allowed on site if used cautiously. We will not be held responsible for any damage or harm caused whilst cycling on the park.

The pitch must be left as it was when you arrived, clear of any litter or bricks etc.

No disposable BBQs. Off-ground BBQs are permitted but you must be extremely cautious and have a bucket of water nearby.

No firepits or fires.
