Our range of static caravans offers something for everyone. Each caravan is maintained to a high standard of repair and cleanliness. With comfortable living spaces, well equipped
kitchens, parking and everything you need for a worry free holiday.
Double glazing and heating are present throughout each caravan, ensuring a comfortable stay through each season. The kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Each bedrooms contains duvets and pillows, however please note that you will need to bring your own linen.
All of our static caravans are presented on extensive lawns with plenty of room for kids to play or to sit back and enjoy the views of the Devon countryside.
We also offer select dog friendly caravans, so if you’re planning a family holiday or a relaxing couples’ getaway, we’ve got an accommodation to best suit you.
Little Well

If you’re looking for a private and luxurious holiday, our Little Well caravan is the perfect choice. Complete with its own fully enclosed garden surrounded by the farms orchards, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with the birds and spend your evenings unwinding in front of the fire in the lounge, making it one of our most peaceful holiday homes. Perfect for couples or smaller families wanting a quiet retreat, this pet free accommodation provides space to relax both in and outdoors.
Little Well includes a fully equipped kitchen, modern lounge complete with a TV, electric fireplace and mood lighting. As well as a king size master bedroom with an ensuite, spacious wardrobes, vanity area and TV, one twin bedroom, shower room and private parking for two vehicles.
Orchard View

Orchard View is ideal for couples or small families looking for a relaxing stay in the countryside. Complete with its own gated, private decking area with views of the farm orchards and patio furniture, making it perfect for those looking to enjoy breakfast outdoors or read in the sunshine. Inside you’ll find a bright and modern living space with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with an electric fireplace and TV, a king size ottoman bed and vanity area in the master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room with a heated towel rail.
Dart Caravans

Perfect for larger families, our Dart caravans offer generous living space with room for up to eight guests. The larger layout means everyone has space to relax after a busy day at the beach or exploring all South Devon has to offer.
These caravans combine practicality and comfort with a well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with a TV, electric fireplace and a pull-out double bed. There is a total of 3 bedrooms, one double room with a wardrobe and vanity area and two twin rooms with wardrobes. Complete with one half-bathroom, one shower room and parking, making the perfect accommodation for a memorable family holiday.

The spacious main bedroom features a king-size bed with convenient lift-up under-bed storage, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable twin duo beds. A modern shower room includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, and a 70/30 fridge freezer.

Our Linwood caravans are bright and modern, perfect for couples and smaller families. It comfortably seats up to four people in the lounge and can sleep up to six guests.
The main bedroom features a comfortable double ottoman bed, while the second bedroom has twin duo beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The modern shower room includes a shower, toilet, washbasin, and a heated towel rail for extra comfort. And the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a gas cooker, fitted microwave, toaster, and a spacious 70/30 fridge-freezer. There is also parking available for one vehicle.
